How to deal with the dust when the CNC Nesting Router is working
Last Modify:2025-04-09 10:44:39
With the development of the panel furniture industry, the application of CNC Nesting Routers has become more and more extensive, and single manual operations have gradually turned to automated operations. However, an important problem in the processing of CNC Nesting Routers has always troubled CNC Nesting Router manufacturers and users. A lot of dust will be generated during the engraving process. Although most CNC Nesting Routers are currently equipped with dust collection devices, they have not fundamentally solved the problem of dust. The following Blue Elephant analyzes the dust generated by CNC Nesting Routers:

When many users use CNC Nesting Routers, if there is no dust prevention or dust collection, it will cause harm to the machine and people. To eliminate dust pollution, we must take the route of comprehensive management, starting from production equipment, and select reasonable CNC Nesting Router equipment, supplemented by certain dust prevention and dust removal measures.
But under the current conditions, it is still necessary to choose dust removal equipment. The selection of dust removal equipment should consider the degree of purification required at the operation site and the nature of the dust. Large and medium-sized wood dust can be collected on site in a timely manner, while the traditional and effective method for various fine wood dust is to use pneumatic dust collection devices or bag dust collection equipment to collect them. If they are not installed, a stand-alone dust collection and dust collection device can be added to the machine tool itself, which can also achieve good results. For safety reasons, operators should wear protective glasses and dust masks to protect their eyes and respiratory organs. Workers operating on machine tools that produce fine wood dust should wear large masks to prevent dust damage.
